Explore the archaeological treasures of Abydos (from the Pharaonic period) and Dendera (from the Greco-Roman period). Learn about Harthor, goddess of love, in Dendera and Osiris, god of the underworld, in Abydos. In Dendera, admire the ceiling of the Zodiacs and the only relief of Queen Cleopatra VII and her son Caesarion.

You will be picked up from your hotel in Hurghada and you will drive directly to Abydos Temple with our Guide . In Abydos, our qualified guide will tell you in detail about the place that was once considered one of the holiest places on earth. You will learn more about the cult of the god Osiris, who was king of the realm of the dead in ancient Egyptian theology. Marvel at the delicate reliefs of the greatest pharaohs, Seti I and Ramses II, in front of various deities. After the sightseeing you will have a break to eEnjoy Egyptian Lunch by Abydos temple .
You will then travel to Dendera Temple to see one of the best-preserved temples from the Greco-Roman period. This temple was dedicated to the goddess Hathor of love, joy and music. From the temple you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The intact astronomical ceiling of the temple and the beautiful sculpture of Queen Cleopatra VII with Caesarion are unique.
After this cultural experience, you will drive back to Hurghada from Dendera.
